Choosing where to eat while on vacation can be one of the most difficult decisions. There are so many excellent eateries in Ibiza that you are almost spoiled for choice.
To lighten the load, we’ve gathered five of our favorite restaurants from around the island. So without further ado and in no particular order, let’s take a look at the best restaurants:
The perfect afternoon stay.
Located in the northern village of San Juan, this charming retreat is much more than a simple café. The Mediterranean menu features a number of exotic dishes, and the extensive wine list makes this contemporary eatery a must-visit if you’re in the area.
With a number of deck chairs, terraces and a beautiful garden, this is the ideal place to escape the crowds and enjoy a relaxing meal with friends or loved ones.

Eat, drink and relax at this popular bistro.
If you’re looking for the perfect place to eat on date-night (or during the day), look no further than the multilayered eatery Amante. With the dining area on top, a cocktail bar terrace in the middle and a private beach below, Amante is the perfect location to spend an entire day dining and relaxing.
Hidden away on Sol d’en Serra, off the beaten path from the popular family beach of Cala Llonga, this stylish restaurant is very popular, so we highly recommend making reservations for your visit.

You won’t find fresher seafood anywhere else.
El Bigote may be the most picturesque restaurant in all of Ibiza, but it is also the best place to get the freshest seafood. A number of fishermen dock in the picturesque harbor in the afternoon, bringing back their latest catch from earlier that day.
Tucked away on the northern beach of Cala Llenya, it’s worth booking at least two days in advance if you want to taste the freshest fish you’ve ever tasted.

Who needs food with sites like this?
If you’re looking for sights that are almost as spectacular as the food, you’ll definitely find them at Kyupiddo. This contemporary Japanese and Mediterranean fusion restaurant opened its doors in early 2014 and has been causing a stir ever since.
A sister to the world-famous B.For Ibiza, which is also known for its delectable Japanese dishes, you’ll find Kyupiddo at the top of Dalt Vila. Doors open every night starting at 8 p.m., and believe us when we say it’s well worth the trip.

Cicale
The taste of Italy, here in Ibiza.
Located on a 200-year-old finca (Spanish estate), this classic Italian restaurant has been completely renovated by the Italian family owners. It now offers a wide range of rustic dishes, freshly prepared with ingredients picked from the surrounding garden. They also serve the best Italian coffee in all of Ibiza. Really, we recommend you try it.
Cicale is just off San Lorenzo on the road to San Joan and the dishes vary daily, so try to stop by more than once if you get a chance.

Thanks to our local knowledge, we offer boat and car rentals in addition to cozy homes. Explore Ibiza’s coves from the water or its roads in style.
Bonus: Sa Capella
Since there are too many good places to choose from, we couldn’t just pick five restaurants and had to choose another one.
Sa Capella is a rare gem of a restaurant where you can dine in a beautiful impressive 16th-century church, complete with giant arches and all. You’ll find this just off the road between St Antoni de Portmany and Sant Rafel, an ideal place to stop and watch the world go by.
Although the service can often be a bit sporadic, the view of the sunset from the church’s terrace makes up for all the nuances.
